John Zhang studied at Ryerson University's Department of Architectural Science as an undergraduate student. The department had many opportunities involving design built projects, allowing students to design and realize their projects in full scale. These experience became invaluable as it sparked a huge interest in the field and led to the involvement in a wide range of projects.
